Cancellation Policy

We strive to serve you with care and respect—and ask the same in return. To ensure quality service and fair opportunity for all clients, here’s how our policy works:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service price.
   
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be billed at 100% of the service price.
   
• Illnesses and emergencies are handled with understanding—please reach out ASAP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
   
• To confirm a booking, we require a credit/debit card on file.
