 1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to Blue Well Massage, a mobile massage therapy provider serving clients across Texas. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Consent

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services.
• All clients are required to complete and sign a Client Intake & Consent Form prior to treatment. Digital and physical signatures are equally valid.
• Clients under 18 may only receive services with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must be present during the session.

3. Booking, Cancellations & Fees

• Appointments may be scheduled via phone, text, email, or MassageBook online booking.
• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, may incur a fee of 50%–100% of the session cost, at our discretion.

4. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through the MassageBook client management and payment system.
• Clients may be charged for services in advance or at the time of the appointment.
• MassageBook accepts major credit and debit cards and applies standard processing fees.
• In-person payments may be collected using the MassageBook app with a supported card reader.
• Cash payments may be accepted at the therapist’s discretion; however, a card must remain on file to reserve an appointment.

5. Client Records & Retention

• Confidential client records—including intake forms, treatment notes, and consent documents—are maintained through MassageBook for a minimum of three (3) years, in compliance with Texas licensing and privacy regulations.

6. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, particularly if a client’s behavior violates professional standards, safety, or established boundaries.

7. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Blue Well Massage enforces a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Sexual innuendo or misconduct
• Harassment of any kind
• Intoxication
• Any inappropriate, unsafe, or threatening behavior

Consequences may include:

• Immediate termination of the session
• Full payment still required
• Permanent refusal of future services
• Notification of law enforcement when appropriate

8. Limitation of Liability

Blue Well Massage is not liable for:

• Technical issues related to MassageBook booking, scheduling, or payment systems
• Dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services or third-party systems used

9. Updates to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through MassageBook.
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
