All sessions at Blue Well Massage are fully customized to each client’s needs rather than following a single fixed technique. Your therapist draws from a broad clinical skill set and adapts pressure, pacing, and approach based on your body’s condition and goals for the session.

Techniques may include, but are not limited to: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue work, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reflexology. The focus of each session is always on improving comfort, reducing tension, and supporting overall physical balance and recovery.


We aim to arrive 10-15  minutes early to set up. Traffic or weather may occasionally delay arrival—rest assured, you'll still receive your full session time.


Please ensure a clear space; enough to fit a massage table (about the size of a twin bed) with some room to move around the table and access to an electrical outlet. Clear any distractions to create a tranquil environment. 


The frequency of sessions depends on your body, goals, and the patterns we’re addressing. Because lasting change unfolds gradually, many clients start with more frequent sessions to support nervous system regulation and movement re-patterning, then space them out as progress is made. We’ll work with you to create a schedule that balances consistency with your lifestyle, helping your body achieve long-term relief, improved mobility, and greater ease.


After a session, you may feel more relaxed, experience reduced pain or tension, and notice easier movement. Some clients also feel mild soreness, fatigue, or emotional release as the body integrates the work.

Because our sessions are therapeutic and nervous-system–aware, results may continue to develop over the next 24–72 hours. Lasting changes often occur over multiple sessions.

We recommend drinking water, moving gently, and allowing time for rest after your session.



We bring our work to the environment where you feel safest and most comfortable. If your home isn’t ideal, we can discuss alternatives—such as a quiet room at a friend’s place, a private office, or another suitable location—to ensure your session can proceed in a space that supports relaxation, focus, and therapeutic benefit.
