2. Use of Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Deliver therapeutic massage services and maintain required clinical records.
- Process payments through MassageBook and send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Comply with state regulations, including maintaining client records for a minimum of three years.
3. Third-Party Processing & Security
- All transactions are processed securely through MassageBook’s PCI-compliant payment system.
- MassageBook provides:
- Encrypted payment processing
- Fraud prevention tools
- Secure client data handling
- We do not store your card or payment details directly.
4. Your Rights Under Texas Privacy Law (TDPSA)
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), effective July 1, 2024, Texas residents have the right to:

- Request corrections to inaccurate information
